This eco-friendly, low-VOC solution delivers exceptional abrasion resistance, weather resistance, slip resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. With seamless surfaces, extreme temperature adaptability (-40℃ to 150℃), and fast curing, it ensures long-lasting impact protection.
Scope Of Application
High voltage electrical, pharmaceutical, chemical, low temperature cold storage, food processing plants, dairy plants, wineries and heavy load strong impact industrial environment.
Product Features
1. compressive strength, flexural strength, especially outstanding impact resistance, Tough and good bonding strength, so it has good anti-delamination and anti-cracking properties;

3. high and low temperature performance: can be used for a long time at -40°C~ +120°c, 12mm thick floor can withstand short-term thermal shock at 150°C.
Construction Technology
1. Base surface treatment: Polish the base surface, clean and dry;
2. bottom coating: polyurethane bottom coating rolling brush;
3. mortar coating: with polyurethane coating, scrape to the required thickness;
4. Surface coating: roll coating with polyurethane sealer.
