（1） Penetrating primer has strong penetration and can penetrate into the base material. Penetrating primer can increase adhesion and hardness for slightly powdery and sandy bases and delay service life.（2）Sealing primer has good sealing properties and can seal pores and gaps to prevent moisture. Sealing primer can block the pores in the substrate and has an anti-alkali isolation effect. For normal bases, sealing primer can be used, and the price is also more affordable.

According to the different usage scenarios and the wear and performance requirements for the flooring, polyurethane mortar flooring is recommended for the following reasons:(1) Water-based polyurethane mortar self-leveling can withstand high and low temperatures (-40℃~120℃) and acid and alkali;(2) Pollution resistance, wear resistance, good walking feeling, tough coating film, high mechanical properties, good impact resistance, improved service life, flat and bright, smooth, adjustable thickness, easy construction.
