Construction Scope & Technical Solutions

1. Breathable Plastic Runway

（1）Dual-layer structure (EPDM granular surface + breathable base) with superior drainage and shock absorption, preventing water accumulation.

（2）Complies with GB/T 14833-2020 standards; non-toxic and eco-friendly, suitable for schools and outdoor tracks.

2. Artificial Turf Football Field

（1）50mm high monofilament turf fibers filled with quartz sand + eco-friendly rubber granules, replicating natural grass performance.

（2）UV-resistant, wear-proof, and all-weather usable with 60%+ lower maintenance costs vs natural turf.

3. Acrylic Hard Courts

（1）Multilayer acrylic resin coating for dense, abrasion-resistant surfaces; ideal for tennis/basketball.

（2）Vibrant colors, slip resistance ≥0.5, weather-resistant with 8-10 year lifespan.

4. Silicon PU Elastic Courts

（1）Silicon PU material (silicone-modified polyurethane) with flexible cushioning layer delivers superior shock absorption (impact attenuation ≥30%).

（2）Wet slip resistance ≥0.5; reduces joint injury risks for high-frequency sports like badminton/basketball.

Engineering acceptance results:

Test results confirm the permeable track meets drainage rate ≥8mm/min, football field artificial turf achieves fiber pull-out force ≥35N with rebound rate ≥95%, acrylic court exceeds GB standards with BPN≥80 slip resistance, and silicone PU court demonstrates 60-70% shock absorption. The client has provided written approval for core parameters including environmental compliance (TVOC<0.3mg/m³) and surface flatness (≤2mm deviation under 3m straightedge).
