Technical Specifications
1. Material Structure
(1) Surface Preparation: Concrete grinding (flatness ≤3mm/3m), crack filling with epoxy mortar.
(2) Coating System: Primer (0.1-0.2mm) → Mid-coat (1-2mm with quartz sand) → Topcoat (0.3-0.5mm), total thickness 1.5-3.0mm.
(3) Anti-Slip Design: Ramps incorporate anti-slip aggregates (≥2mm diameter) with alternating colors for visibility.
